Nige coordinates the initiation of FinCap courses including the Financial Mentoring Introductory Course (FMIC), supervision and MoneyMates facilitation courses.

Paula supports the FinCap team to carry out the New Zealand Banking Association - Te Rangapū Pēke (NZBA) programme which aims to help financial mentors coordinate with banks for better client outcomes.

Rocky leads the development of FinCap's client management system Client Voices, and provides support to services using the application.

Jocelyn supports the Communities of Practice Advisor and initiates and facilitates communities of practice events.

Donna runs the vast and important training administration tasks for the Sector Workforce Development team.

Kerry has over 35 years’ experience in banking and financial markets.

Renee is the Manager of Kake Oranga Hāhi Katorika, Catholic Family Support Services, and FinCap Māori representative and Deputy Chairperson.

Rosser is a retired chartered accountant living in Waikato.

Theresa is a social enterprise/business owner of multiple entities, property investor, and passionate advocate for breaking poverty cycles and building prosperity with the Pacific communities in Aotearoa; having first hand experience herself being raised in social housing in South Auckland.

David has served on the Board since 2023 and is the Chief Executive for Kingdom Resources Ltd.

Geoff began working life teaching, before becoming involved in industries such as motor vehicle manufacturing, food processing, textile manufacturing, distribution, hospitality and public health.

Sally Morrison is an accomplished leader with a proven record of driving governance excellence and positive change across complex organisations and communities.

Anika is Director Stakeholder and Communications at Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission, where she leads the National Strategy for Financial Capability.

Mel is an accomplished senior leader with more than 24 years in the public service and strong governance record across the NGO sector.
