Fleur Howard
Chief Executive
Fleur is FinCap's newly minted Chief Executive. She combines her background in commercial law and a commitment to advancing social justice to her role leading FinCap through its mahi to support and advocate for financial inclusion and wellbeing in Aotearoa.
Outside of work Fleur loves spending time with her family, friends and furry human canine. She enjoys playing tennis, supporting her children's many sporting interests and attending a variety of sporting and music events. Fleur's happy place is anywhere near the sea, which she finds calming, even on a wild, windy Wellington day!
