Paula supports the FinCap team to carry out the New Zealand Banking Association - Te Rangapū Pēke (NZBA) programme which aims to help financial mentors coordinate with banks for better client outcomes.
This multi-year programme includes data and insights, communications, communities of practice and more.
Outside of FinCap, Paula enjoys supporting her husband and four children with their love of all things football, socialising with friends and walking her beagle, Monty.
